Mindfulness courses – an eight-week course, which contains a mix of formal and informal tools and techniques, designed to help you gain awareness, and be more ‘present’ in your daily life. Taught either individually or to small groups (max 10). One session a week, up to 90 minutes. Each session will be a mix of discussion, exercises, and guided meditation. Pre-reading/home practice support materials, and personal recordings of meditation guidance included. Alison also offers a signature chronic pain relief with mindfulness course, over six and eight weeks. Taught either in groups or individually.
One to one sessions – using the framework of the formal course but content tailored to the needs of an individual. Using mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Kinetic Chain Release therapy – in person body work in Cheltenham, UK. For relief of tension and musculoskeletal aches and pains, chronic headaches and multi-area pain eg fibromyalgia. Great for athletes looking to recover from repetitive injuries and prevent future problems. Enhances strength and flexibility. Promotes mindbody awareness for less stress, greater energy, so you can do more of what you love.
Workplace wellbeing programmes – introductory talks and presentations on mindfulness, available to corporates and organisations. Eight week in person or online courses, and my signature Introduction to Mindfulness in the Workplace course. Created in collaboration with Isle Heath.
