A recent study suggested that by 2040, one in five of us will be living with anxiety, depression, and/or chronic pain.

These three problems often overlap.

And there are many misconceptions about the best ways to work with them. And how to craft a meaningful life when you live with them.

We cannot always avoid pain or ill-health – they come as part of being human.

But we can all get curious about our experience. Learn to observe our thinking habits and patterns. And understand how we can get out of our own way, and cultivate habits that make us feel better and get more from life.
