At least 30 per cent of men and women live with chronic pain.

And there is often overlap between pain and mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety and/or depression.

There are many misconceptions about the best way to work with chronic pain. And how to craft a meaningful life when you live with it.

We cannot always avoid pain or ill-health – they come as part of being human.

But we can all get curious about our experience. Learn to observe our thinking habits and patterns. And understand how we can get out of our own way, and cultivate habits that make us feel better and get more from life.
